Can this be explained?

PostMon Jan 04, 2021 1:17 pm

0 V.Reyes 4-4 Ground Out (C) b-0 catch-x F8
1 R.Perez 4-11 Strike Out b-0 F8
2 T.Turner 1-9 Double (CF) b-2 F8
2 2 M.Beaty 2-7 Single (RF) 2-3 b-1 F6
2 1 3 S.Brown 2-4 Ground Out (SS) b-0 F0

Trevor Bauer on the mound. Matt Beaty vs righties has a 2-7 Single ** This should have been an rbi single unless there is some special rule that I have never encountered.

"Ignore the asterisks as they are a board game rule."

SI */**/CF -- On these readings, baseunners may attempt an extra base at risk of getting thrown out using his speed rating and the outfielder's arm. Ignore the asterisks as they are a board game rule. Instead the Max Rule "More Basrunning Decisions" allows the computer the decision to attempt an extra base at risk of getting thrown out.
