Closers in ALL Leagues can join

I know one of your jobs is to ensure all other 10 teams have joined, but in a password protected private league there is no real chance of a rogue person joining. However, now that we are going into a phase of replacing players who haven't reported, there is a risk that the closers spot gets stolen (because we will have two passwords floating out there for one available spot). So I am asking that ALL CLOSERS IN ALL LEAGUES JOIN NOW, even if you don't have the other 10 teams joined.
