So far 100M has 5 votes, 80M has 4 votes.

Looks like DH if we do 100M, but No-DH at 80M

I was catching up on the boards and noticed this discussion.
In future years, I would suggest having only the top 9 determine the salary cap and DH rule.
Advantages:
1. with 9 voters, there cannot be a tie
2. we would already know the cap and DH so the qualifiers would have some time to mull over their strategy
3. it is a small benefit for finishing in the top 9

What, a bye isn't enough of a benefit?!?

The bye is the only real benefit.
The value of having a vote on the salary cap and DH is virtually zero. It doesn't matter what cap and DH we play but it would be nice to know without having to wait another few months.
I would be surprised if any of the finalists think that they are significantly more likely to put together a winning team at one cap vs. another.

No. Just like the Mystery League tourney the same 9 guys are in it every year. That's why I like the 20XX PC Tourney. A deep roster of great managers -No semifinal bye. The leagues are brutal. Different set every year.

The Mystery Tournament is the most cut throat of them all. You get 4 teams, no throw aways, and only the top 12 make the Finals. No semi Finals, you finished 13th? Too bad, see ya next year loser.

jlkahn has qualified for the Finals by virtue of his ring in Semi-Final #1 - he also has locked in the most wins and as such has been notified to report here to vote for cap and dh choice and draft pick. 7th to 9th picks are left. cristano1 has also qualified for the finals by winning Semi-Final #2. (93 wins)

As soon as Semi-Final #3 concludes, we will know the order of the other two players who will be Finalists and they will be called here to place their preferences after jlkahn.
