The way I see this is we could do this same deal after supplemental draft with me picking who Edub wants, then I would be at 41 players and would need a drop anyways. So if anyone sees an issue with this please respond to this and we will scrap the deal until after the supplemental draft has completed. Or could have made deal before drops are due (July 14th) and would be in a similar situation but needing 2 drops, and that would not be a problem either.

Dave, I just did a deal almost identical in my USKL league right before the supplemental draft. I see no issues with this.
