On the change in the FA draft to include unrestricted players, I think this should be proposed for next year it changes the value of the draft and puts more value on the FA picks and everyone would have time to plan accordingly
To just spring this on the league when picks have already been traded is unfair

The proposal wasn't to include unrestricted players, it was to include Unleashed players. So I don't think, considering there aren't that many Unleashed players every year, that it affects FA draft pick values all that much. However, if we were going to consider it for NEXT year, I think the decision should be made before a regular season MLB game is played this year. The rule change has to be made before there is enough information out there (i.e. player stats) to allow speculation about who is going to be Unleashed to affect owner decisions.

In regard to making a change for this year, I vote no.
