Here is my lineup. Notice Kevin Mitchel at 3B and Averil in LF.
Edit this lineup Sim vs. RHSP Real-life (total)

Ok, now I have Lee Tannehill on my bench to come in for 3B for Mitchell. Mitchel is checked in hitters settings to come out for def late with the lead.
...and this is what Hal did.
SUBSTITUTION at C: Bennie Tate - Hal pinch ran for Roy the prior inning !
SUBSTITUTION at 3B: Lee Tannehill - GOOD
SUBSTITUTION at LF: Kevin Mitchell - WTF !!! Why put him in LF and take our a "1" in Averil ....because Hal pinch ran for Averil ALSO the previous inning. So now I have Mitchell in LF which I NEVER would do.
Naturally, up by 1 run this happens:
0 J.Bagwell 3-10 Double (LF) b-2 F9
0 2 M.Dihigo 3-7 Walk b-1 F9
0 12 W.Wells 6-12 Fly Out (CF) b-0 F9
1 12 W.Brown 6-3 Ground Out (P) 2-3 1-2 b-0 gb(P)x F9
2 23 F.Tatis 5-11 Single (LF) 3-H 2-H b-1 fly(LF)x F9
Walk off-game over because of $@#$#Q pinch runners. DONE with that
