To confirm:
Starting in round 3, there will be a 4-hour time limit for everyone to make their pick. This clock will apply from 9 am EDT to 10 pm EDT. After the 4 hours is up, the next person on the board can make their pick and the person who has been skipped can make their pick at any time.
The time taken to pick will carry over from one day to the next. For example, if someone makes a pick at 9 pm, 1 hour of the 4 hours will have elapsed by 10 pm. So as of 9 am the next day, they will have 3 hours to make their pick. Of course picks can still be made between 10 pm and 9 am, but the clock won't be running.
Please, please use proxies if you're not able to check the board regularly. My wish is that no one has their pick skipped.
