Pitcher Salaries (3days vs 4 days rest)

Would the same pitcher who only needs 3 days rest have a higher salary than a pitcher with identical numbers in every way but needs 4 days rest?

Assuming truly identical stats...he's worth more because you can use him more. 40 starts vs 32. Also he's far less likely to be injured > 3 games.

I agree he is worth more....can someone confirm that added value is reflected in the salary?

Yes, that is correct. I do believe that it matters less in the mystery leagues. If you score the pitcher's primo year salary doesn't matter, does it?
