You can but you would forfeit the Supplemental Pick completely.

Regarding playoff teams changing stadiums, you are correct. This is from the rules that govern this league which have been posted numerous times:

Playoff teams may not change stadiums......unless they forfeit their supplemental draft pick. In other words, a playoff team may elect to change stadiums or pick a player with their pick.
