Ever want to know how players that you never pick, like Wayne Gross, would do as every day players? What about having a rotation of Tim Leary, Shane Rawley, Mike Caldwell and Rick Waits? Well, welcome to bargain basement heaven, and the need to draft value (and lots of it!)!

Rules are simple. No DH. Every player on your team has to be less than or equal to $3M, other than 3 Kings (anyone you want).

$200million salary cap.This means unlimited scrubs!

4 Round Snake Draft, 3 Kings + 1st Scrub Round. Randomizer will choose draft order.

couple questions. Are trades and free agent moves allowed provided we only have 3 kings (players with salaries greater than 3 mil) at a time? There are 65 starting pitchers with salaries 3 mil or less, and in the 80s, you aren't required to have R-only pitchers; so, if a team can't find enough scrub starting pitchers, are they required to drop king hitters to pick up king starters to make it up to 5 starting pitchers? This last scenario is unlikely but it could happen if many teams stockpile starters.

There are 65 starting pitchers with salaries 3 mil or less, and in the 80s, you aren't required to have R-only pitchers; so, if a team can't find enough scrub starting pitchers, are they required to drop king hitters to pick up king starters to make it up to 5 starting pitchers? YES, while pitching rotations have been ugly in the prior versions of this league, this has not been an issue to date.

My question: what is the plan for choosing a stadium? Just choose one for the autodraft, with no expectation of unique ballparks? I don't have a preference, just wondering what the rule is.
