FA Drop Penalty 5/10/20%

After what games does the free agent penalty change from 5 to 10% and then again from 10 to 20%? I cannot find that information in my league settings. Any help would be appreciated

After Game 40 it changes from 5 to 10%. After Game 80 it changes from 10 to 20%.
