I know they didnt fill up very fast, but I am in one now and would like to join another.

For many months voices were raised about the overabundance of Rookie Leagues listed in the League Directory.
The complaint was that it made it difficult to navigate the Directory. SOM finally replied to one of the members:
All of those extra empty Rookie Leagues have finally been deleted. The remaining Rookie leagues will soon be removed totally from the League Directory.

The Directory is now less cluttered. I have no idea what the second sentence means.
