HBP+Injury

Ron Leflore has 2 HBP cards and 2 HBP+Injury cards.
He was recently HBP, no injury recored.
Does this eliminate the HBP+Injury cards, or is it possible the injury did not record on the play by play/Recap/Box

It's possible he rolled an injury/HBP and got a 1 or 2 from the split deck roll (i.e., 10% chance). However, it's more likely he rolled a straight HBP.

Unless you get a 1 or 2 on your d20 split-deck roll (or if a hitter has 680+ AB+BB) all injuries will be indicated and recorded.
