Jim brewer 70’s mystery card

Jim brewers ‘s 70’s card (link below) says “relief 2/N”. Doesn’t that mean he does not have a closer rating?
His real life stats give him an average of 21 saves a year. Am I reading it wrong? It is a typo? Or is the card bad?
70’s uses closer ratings, right?

No closer ratings in the 70's. That's standard.

Yes, some relievers have a closer rating, but the 70s Mystery Leagues do not use them; the closer ratings are simply ignored.
