By the way, I'm assuming the divisions stay the same, at least until the re-draft, after year 5. Is that correct?

BC Manager, in regards to the divisions it is based on the previous seasons records. Teams 1 thru 4 will be in the east and enter 1st. Teams 5 thru 8 will be in central and load after the east has entered. Team 9 thru 12(the 4 playoff teams) will load last and make up the West. Hope that answers your question.
