60s Franchise Team League $100 NoDH Waiver

I bought all 12 teams for my own franchise league. The regular season just ended. The playoffs teams are: ORIOLES 103-59, GIANTS 102-60, DODGERS 91-71 AND TWINS 88-74. Of course, pretty much everything depends on what seasons you get for each card. That's why we may need to consider an expansion of rosters after the initial draft or before game 142? Maybe to include drafting players from free agents who have played at least one inning for your franchise according to baseball-reference.com at some point or points in the season?

ATTENTION COMMISH: HISTORICALLY, THE ONE TO CLAIM YANKEES HERE (FRANKY35) WOULD HAVE HAD RIGHT OF WAY, BUT... IF IT FILLS... ??? DOES CENTELANA EVEN KNOW THIS FORUM IS HERE???? WHAT HAPPENED TO FRANKY35?

Sorry guys for not responding sooner. What I envision is that after all 12 spots are filled and we know basically which players are taken you will then be able to go back through the remaining players and add players that may have played for your team but were not picked on franchise teams. Ex: Frank Howard 2 yrs. L.A. 3yrs. Wash. , if no one picks Washington, then L.A. manager will be able to add him to his roster. The BA and ERA rule will still apply if there are 2 teams going after the same player. Does this sound like a fair rule? I want to keep it simple , not too confusing and fair. As for DH , I appose it , I like the Idea of the added strategy you have without the DH. ( And I manage Cincy . Take a look at my bench).
