Did DWG mark his team ready? Did League 6 draft?

No, he didn't, and we won't be able to draft here at 9:00 a.m. as a result. How long should I give him?

He's had more than enough time, as took the league a few days to fill. Let's go ahead and eject his team and I will advertise for a replacement.

1/4 of players who signed up are phased out of the 3rd event. Not a fan of this schedule, personally, but oh well.

Yes, but SE, there are currently 11 teams that participated in Event 1, and not in 2 or 3. So, that only leaves 84 total on the standings list. There are 72 players participating in Event 3. There is always some attrition due to people giving up and not wanting to spend the money when they don't think it is worth it -- and it appears to be the same this season.

So, the way I see it, is 72/85 or 85.7% of the people who appear to have an interest in moving forward have signed up for Event 3. That would seem to fall in line with the other years I believe.

DWG did get back in to Event 3, League 6 I'm happy to say. He must have gotten the notice (thanks to J-Pav, might moose and WJS6768 for doing so) to mark his team ready about the same time he got removed from the league.

There are 14 managers who have teams in Event 1 and 2 who are missing an Event 3 team. I'm not sure why Mr. BBW set the end of Event 2 signups and the beginning of Event 3 signups at 4 days. That's a bit quick and may have caught out some managers. Hopefully they will play the last two Events in order to be able to qualify for the Semi's. Gotta read the rules.

If those 14 drop out, their departure, along with the 10 managers who have only an Event 1 team, means that about half of the remaining managers will make the Semi's. Which is appropriate since semi means half, right?
