I will open a league each at 60M DH, 80M No DH, 80M DH and 100M DH. Some caps may not fill one league. If that is the case people will have to then move to another league. If you get to at least 10 ata particular cap I will try to get fillers for the last two spots. On Sunday July 11, I will make decisions on what then open leagues will fill and which ones will be disbanded. At 6pm eastern on Wednesday July 14th, fillers can jump in to fill whatever leagues are still open. Once those leagues fill, if you missed out...you are not in Event 2. Join early if you want to have the best chance to get your preferred cap.

New people can still join but will just not have the luxury of dropping their lowest score. Anyone who wants to join as of Event 2 can jump into a league. Leagues will start three days after filling rather than waiting for a Monday.
