I think last year they also used points earned during the semifinal playoffs. Ringojb ended up passing komodos for overall #1 by getting getting to the finals.

Do we really want to wait two more weeks before getting started?

For what it's worth, my vote is that we start the draft now for the finals. After 5 complete seasons and 800+ games, how much difference is 8 additional playoff games going to make? OK, maybe one or two people may move up or down one spot. Is that going to make the difference between winning and losing the championship? I think not.

I am more than willing to wait in order to get the draft order set properly. Perhaps if it was serpentine it might be different, but in a straight draft moving a spot or 2 could have a big difference.

While I understand wanting to get started, we need to wait until playoff points yet to be earned can’t change the draft order. While that will probably not be until the finals are done, I will monitor and get us rolling as soon as I can.
