The commish has ok'd fillers (see the link), and it's still a last chance for some to join the tour.

We could sure use some help filling this league. If you volunteered as a filler, this would be a good time to join. If you're still not on the Tour, this is your last chance to join. If you're just hanging out, put a team in and join us. PW Eight.
