I'm told that we can expect the pitching changes to hit ATG "early to mid april" so Barnstormers should be running on them from the start.

It's confirmed that all of the prizes from the 2019 tour are still valid for 2020. This includes the 5 cards that the Champion will be able to add to the game, the 3 cards that the Runner-Up may add and the 1 card for 3rd and 4th place (losers of the Championship League semi-finals).

I look forward to joining for the first time. It looks challenging and a lot of fun. Thanks for everyone involved in putting this together. Hope everyone is staying safe out there.

Moose,
Do you know if they will be raising the ATG pure reliever requirement by 1 (3-->4)or by 2 (4-->5)?
The BPv3 Wiki refers only to the 20xx game reliever requirement.

We will all find out soon enough I guess.

When do you anticipate that we will determine the salary cap for the first event? Will that be by voting?

I'm anxious to start preparing that team!

It's not a vote it's a CHOICE. Multiple leagues of every STANDARD cap ($60/80/100/140/200M) are created, you decide which cap to play.

Keeping in mind that the extreme end caps may not fill completely and players in those caps may need to relocate their team to a different cap. Jumping into your preferred cap league EARLY after the passwords are sent are the only sure way to lock in those extreme caps.

Last year, number of leagues successfully filled by CAP. If memory serves me (don't count on that) people in the second 140 and 200 mil caps had to relocate.

60 3
80 3
100 6
140 1
200 1

Thanks, Moose. Are we waiting or ATG 9? If so, there would be no point in my forming a team now with the current ATG 8 set.

We will launch ABOUT when ATG9 launches. Leagues will be created (shortly after) and set to start the following Monday as we have done in the past (not "3 days") - we just wont have the benefit of being able to have one week from their launch to our launch as I wanted. Future events will also start the first "Monday" after league creation if for no other reason than we will have a ton of green newbies who will need that extra time. SOM created this (first Monday) option just for me I suspect as I wasn't too keen on the idea of the sliding start dates. But hey the more flexibility the better for us all.
