Hi Moose. Can you clarify what the procedure is if we end up with a salary cap tie (6 for 80m and 6 for 100m)?

If there is a TIE - the Board will cast their votes publicly here for their choice of CAP. It they tie 2-2, I will decide.

6 to 6 if it is 100m than dh. If 80m another tie for dh- no dh
In yet another tie the 6 who voted 80m split 3 to 3 on dh and the 6 who voted 100 also voted 3 to 3 if 80m is the choice
