Moose can you explain the sequence of events? Seems like the preference is to start on Saturday. Assuming Lab joined his team today. What adjustment does Strat tech support need to make? And once complete, could I then just change draft time to Saturday at Noon? Since no one can get skipped, that would create no issue, correct? I just want to understand what Strat needs to do on their end, so I can be on the lookout and move the draft time to Tuesday if they don't make whatever change they need to make.

He said he has no access to a computer - can only send email. We will have to wait until he can put his team in - THEN get SOM to modify the draft order. Only once all this happens can we officially call it running.

Once everyone joins the league and Strat adjusts the draft order, just set the draft start time for the very next time available. With no clock, it's irrelevant trying to pick a convenient time to start the draft for everyone or trying to get the draft opened up early. Just get it rolling, even if it lags a bit it at the onset, it will give those players that want to stock their queues time to do so.
