What tips do you have for increasing SP innings and eliminating RP innings?

never works for me, I'll say this upfront but what I see work for others is

S8 or better high $ SP's
One-sided CHEAP RP's who are probably on special restrictions.

Again, I try but at least 1 game of my series when I try this the SP's get lit up and RP's come in early.

Set the pitcher to don't relieve before F0 if you want them to stay in their forever. But, that will only work in a DH league, in a non-DH league, they could still be pinch hit for it your team is losing in the later innings.

Team relief Conservative is another option.

Thanks. Does the pitcher get penalized at f8, f3, f1, and/or f0? How exactly does that work?

Yes, the lower the rating the worse the pitcher gets. That's why pitchers with longer endurance ratings (S9 vs. S8, S7 or S6) cost more. They can pitch longer without getting fatigued.

I set my really good pitchers to F0, F1 or F2 depending just how good they are and set the team to Conservative and the individual pitcher to Quick Hook. That way as soon as they reach that F rating they will get pulled.
