Oddly enough I just went back and checked my current teams splits.

Mine are pretty crazy as well. This is only only 42 games in.

+1573/-1460

Hmm. All of my Hitter Hit/Pitch Rolls add up to a bit over 6000 after the season is over. This is the first time I've looked at this stat, so maybe I'm missing something, but if you are at 3000+ rolls it would seem you are around halfway through the season.

I looked at my Recently Completed Teams of which there are 10 (some of them are as recent as 2017  :? ). My highest differential was a +200. I had 5 teams with a negative differential and 5 that were positive. They averaged out to +16.

Who can beat +/- 260?

Here is the team I was referring to. It's my first team since at least 2016. Hey, everyone. I missed you all and and am uber upset to hear about The Last Druid.

Interesting.
Here is my last $200M team where the pitchers were -161 and the hitters were -163.
In total -324 (exactly two rolls per game on average).

It's especially painful at higher caps because the likelihood of a good outcome is strongly dependent on whether you are reading from the hitter's or pitcher's card.
