The wiki is an official document provided by Strat. It is linked in the official rules. If you look at who created it and edited it, it was Bernie, a former Strat employee. There are no edits by random people.
That is actually good to know! Lots of wikis are community efforts. I can say though, I do find there are a lot of rules spread over a lot of places. Wouldn't it be better to just compile it all into a basic pdf with a search feature? Or maybe this exists already and I haven't found it
