The 60 game season got me thinking.
Has anyone compiled records for the first 60 games for other seasons?
I remember a few modern players being well above .400 into June and players chasing Roger Maris at the all star break only to fade in the second half.
Of course they eventually overcame Maris but .400 has remained elusive.
