I realize that I am repeating myself, but I just recreated a result I have obtained several times in the past:
I drafted a team I thought was competitive in 8, but with $1.3M unspent, I tried to switch to 9 but was unable because in 9 I would be over cap - that suggests a general inflation rate from 8 to 9 in the range of 10-15%
