Always like doing something crazy every now and then..

All 4's in the field and big strikeout pitchers...

I predict 70-92

curious why you chose Shea which favors #HR power hitting lefties?

whew!!
I don't think I'd have the stomach for that...
Contact WILL be made and even with the "K" pitchers I'd be
surprised if the staff doesn't give up about 16-18 base hits per game.

When putting draft list together, I had to figure out which guys I pretty well knew I'd get. They happened to LH hitters reliant on the #HR. The one guy I did want, but didn't get, was Babe Herman. I offered a helluva deal for him, but never even got a response lol.

I also knew that most pitching staffs are RH dominated so I though this park might give me the best chance to make a run at .500.

I'll have to check and see what the record is, if at all, for unearned runs. I'm sure I'll make a good run (pun intended) at that.

you did not get a reply bc Herman is one of the guys I like to have on my team...I also did not have the room to get a tag team partner for Kal Daniels nor to upgrade Don Sutton from his low salary...or at least I didn't think I did...

this coming from a guy who is just starting out...so I may not know what I am talking about at all

Maybe I am missing something, but I am pretty sure big strikeout pitchers or groundball pitchers will get the exact same disadvantage from the 4s in the field. All pitchers have the same distribution of X-results whether every other roll is a k or a gb or a fb. The net result is that all the fielders will have much lower fielding percentages (they are going to have fewer balls hit to them so those x-result miscues will mean a higher percentage of errors) but it shouldn't affect the pitchers at all.

Am I wrong? It happens..alot.
