Oscar Charleston and Pop Lloyd dont make this list???? Honus Wagner said Pop Lloyd was the best baseball player he ever saw.

I fixed the SS list to include Pop Lloyd. Thanks for the feedback. I dropped George Davis, who has one of the highest career WAR for shortstop, but his SOM card is unfortunately mediocre.

Lloyd came to mind when writing about Wells. A more "defined" player in the pantheon despite being older.

About George Davis, that sickly sick small-ball card is an addition I'm fairly unfamiliar with but let it see play! Now if anyone'll draft it, small-ball or not....we'll see!

The pitching pool is quite large but you made old Dutch Leonard happy somewhere Hollywood!
