Carded Franchise League
Description: NO Yanks, RedSox, Giants and Nel players UNTIL WAIVERS/FA.
Draft with new 28 players rule. Lots of amazing FA will be available: Ruth, Gehrig, Ted Williams, Mantle, Gibson and so many more. Please draft fairly. If you draft fairly there shouldn't be many players that you miss out on. If a team has several players on their team that shouldn't be there and didn't have a good reason to be there (like missing out on a player you could chose) then you could will be questioned and possible penalties may occur if league votes on it. So if the Twins team gets $11 million SS (just an example) then it will come into question. And as a league we can discuss how this happened and what we should do about it. Otherwise lets just have fun.

2)Dodgers
3)Braves/Padres/Rays
4)Tigers/BlueJays/Rockies
5)Astros/Mariners/Brewers
After the initial draft Negro Leaguers, Pre 1900 players, and the Yanks, RedSox, and Giant players will be available at the waiver wire. If your franchise has a card for a player that is on one of these franchises, you may draft him obviously. You may use any of his cards. So McGwire has Cardinal cards and A's cards. If the Cards/A's get him they can use any of his cards they want. Please use your team’s names in your name. Also you must use a franchise ballpark. And Trades are OK as long as teams own the players rights that they are trading. if you have any questions please let me know. Thanks Luker
