Wait 'til Next Year League (inspired by cristano)

We should get some of the big boys for barnstormers and do a 24 team 100m cap league. I don't know if any of you already do that, but that would be a blast. All I do for ATG are the 6-7 barnstormers teams each year. Maybe something like 24 teams, draft 8 or so rounds on the boards, then the rest auto.

Even spice it up a bit, and do a random number generator to assign each manager a park type: Righty, lefty, Big, Small, Wild Card.
