Add the Cardinals and Pirates as Major League affiliates. Deduct, I think, the Nationals and Tigers.
The Columbus Clippers were known as the Red Birds and Jets in prior years. Long before that they were the Senators.

They were a Nationals affiliate in 2007-2008. I was only planning on using the modern Columbus franchise 1977-present. It doesn't seem fair to include the Redbirds (1931-1954), especially since the franchise didn't run consecutively to the present.

Looks like this may take a while to fill. My team is ready to load, but I'm leaving the country tomorrow. I'll have internet for a couple days, but I may not have it from the 18th-25th. If you PM me the password, I can load before I go.

If we can get six signed up, what do you guys think about each of us having two teams each (with no trading between teams)?

I don't think I can personally scout and draft a 2nd team in time. Leaving for the airport in 10 hours. But I'm ok with others having 2 teams.

i'd join if owners are allowed 1 team only....no rush i really think 12 guys would join...great idea

We are in new league idea territory here. Let's not get angry if we find teams unequal due to unrealized rules. If it turns out fun, we can adjust rules, seek out new minor league teams and do it again.
