You have a 140 LIVE draft on a Sunday afternoon:
1- 2 min time for each draft pick?
2 - Waivers???
3 - right in the middle of the football day.
May I recommend at least cutting your draft time down to 45 seconds per pick (the standard, by which 90% of the community follows).
May I suggest saying NO to waivers and unleashing the FRENZY.
Those 2 things will get people to start joining.......and if it doesn't quite fill, then push it back to 5pm eastern when the first wave of football games finish.
In other words if you run a $140 Live on a Sunday
1- 45 second picks
2- FRENZY
3- 5PM eastern.
