How do I create a $45M team?

The league will be set up as a $60M league so select $60M as your cap. It is important to note that at no time during your player selection/draft, waivers, or league play may your "cash available" be below $15M.
I will be requesting Strats to change the Salary Cap to $45M. However, if that is possible, the soonest change would be on Monday. Until such time a league cap can be adjusted, heads up.
May we all get every player we draft, especially me.

You should be able to pick the other Radio Button at the bottom of the Salary Cap and type in 45. But since you didn't do that, we will have to keep track of the stray $15mm all season.

I know you can do this, and it might be easier to 'shit can' this league and set up a new one, as once the season starts and penalties are assessed for late drops, it will be dang near impossible to keep track of $15MM for each team.

Actually, you cannot set a 45m league from the create league menu, the programming will not allow this. We have had numerous leagues with this salary cap, some have been 60m all season long, requiring you to pay attention to how much dinero you have left and keeping 15m in the unspent money available. Some have been changed to 45m by Strat after the draft. One was even allowing you to use your bank all the time, just had to keep team value @ 45m of below.
