Expansion Only Open Franchise League w a Twist - Full

Here’s one for the Franchise league fans. Limited to the 14 expansion clubs. This league will be filled with the teams you’re afraid to use. It’s posted in the public section of the league directory, and the rules are detailed there. First come, first served. Padres are off the board. :shock:
