A Ringer and the Bums 3 - Interested - Need Teams

Pepsi has asked if I could serve as Commish for the A Ringer and the Bums 3 league and I have agreed to fulfill that role. Bear with me as I have only Comisshed a few leagues.

Going to try to broaden the population of managers to enter the league but wanted to give you managers from The Ringer and the Bums 2 league a chance to get in before I publish the request for new managers and give out the password.

Skill Level: Standard
Draft type: Auto List Draft
Salary Cap: $200,000,000
FA Drop Penalty: 5/10/20%
Managers may own multiple teams: no

DH Rule: no
Waivers: yes
Postseason Format: 2 rounds: Best-of-7, Best-of-7
Opening Day: TBD

Description: Each team can select 1 "Ringer" of any salary. Each team can select two 5-6 million players. Then each team must fill out the remaining roster with Five players at each salary level. 5-4.01 million, 4-3.01,3-2.01,2-1.01 and 1 million and below. There are unlimited roster changes allowed, so long as your salary levels are compliant.
