No pure RP over $750,000 .. no SP or SP/RP over $1,000,000 (leaves aprox 80 starters and 110 relievers).

Must use one of following parks:

Fulton Cnty Stdm '78
Crosley Field '66
Coors Field '99
Wrigley Field '78
Cath. Prep Oval (NeL)
