Pitching Theme..old school (Full)

Anyone have any interest in a theme league that would really highlight strong STARTING pitching for a change?

I'm thinking something like this:

-A decent sized cap (say $100M)
-No offensive player more than $5M
-No reliever more than $3M (to prevent super reliever)
-Each ballpark effect must be under 10 for both singles and HR's
-No DH

I'm open to other suggestions and either a live or auto-draft.

I think it would be kind of cool to see a league like the old times when complete games were the norm and ERA's were sub 3.00. I'd imagine we'd get some seriously great SP numbers and get to use a slew of offensive guys not normally used.

Thoughts?

Sounds like my kind of league. I have to travel some next week and the week following, but if it hasn't filled by the time things settle down I'm definitely interested.

I don't think there will be any rush being how slowly leagues have been filling. I have no problem starting in two weeks. I'm thinking autodraft might be the way to go only because its easier, but i'll do whatever the majority wants. I think this could be a really fun league.
