Yes…if there is a 4 on the card it’s draftable.

Also Lease or Unleashed isn't mentioned that I can see.

The backups must be 4 or worse as well.

If HAL in his infinite wisdom, makes changes because of an injury or some other unknown reason, and inserts a better defender DURING the game, so be it.
Just make sure, your subs are listed @ backup.

Haha, this is the only time Hal actually will sub in a better defender, exactly when we don’t want it

rule use to be the best the DH could be at any position was a 3, but he stayed at DH.
