I'm trying to purchase new teams - Newbie

I am trying to buy new teams, but when I click on the the link it says I'm not signed in...However, i am signed in and it is preventing me from purchasing a couple of new teams. Any advice?

I would suggest that you log out and then back in/ If that doesn't work start a new account and start over,

It's been broken for a while now, and they won't fix it. But if you sign in on the "regular" Strat-O-Matic website and then come back and try to buy credits again, it usually works.
