Put a Fork in him he's Done

PostThu Apr 05, 2018 8:20 pm

I traded away Miguel Cabrera from a Keeper League last year because I thought he was done. Good year so far but a Hip Flexor today. It got me thinking about players that are done. I would like some input on who you think is done. They need to be high Salary Players because who cares if they don't make much. I will set up some Bracket Polls to find out who has the deepest fork. I don't follow baseball like most of you do as I only follow the players on my Keepers. Give me some names and lets find out who is the Biggest Loser with the High Salary.

The first one's to come to mind is Chris Davis and Dexter Fowler.

Davis will be back, he does it every other year. In fact, if you look at his "metric" stats, he's the same player every year.

McCutchen looks done. I don't know how Gardner has kept it up this long with those peripherals. Beltre is near the end.

I hope McCutchen is not done, I don't think he is. I have in a Daily League and a fantasy league, also he is just one of my favorite players. I think he can be an all-star.

I wouldn't give up on Arrietta or Miguel Cabrera..I think Arrietta could still have a strong year, and Cabrera could be in the 850-900+ OPS range...

I think Votto is due for some fall off, but he is not done.
