Description:
This is a 15 keeper league where teams stay in the same ballpark throughout. We start in 2007 at $75M and increase $1M every other year until we get to $83M in 2023.
We do a one round rookie draft before each season. Each team gets one additional keeper spot for the rookie draft leaving each team with total keepers.
