Salary Cap bug?

Auto League 452079, Wautaga Lakers team. Owner is Wanamba1. As I prepared to play him today I noticed that he is -$750,000 to the salary cap. How can that happen? He has made zero waiver moves or player transactions. Pretty nice advantage to have!
