what about adding Negro league players

that don't meet the PA requirements because of the record keeping, etc. 2 that I have in mind I have in are Tetelo Vargas and Charlie Smith. both hit well over 400. they should just be added when the next group of cards are added.

Strat hasn't given any ok to adding NeL cards.
