21.3 Nominations are Open!

Greetings,

We are now taking nominations for the 21.3 card add.

Please note our usage parameters for nominations -

Minimums:
300 PA
100 IP Starters
50 IP Relievers

Please note:

All AL/NL cards from 1871-2019 are eligible per Strat

Our 21.3 parameters are as follows.
1. One nomination per member only
2. When we hit 40 unique nominations we will begin voting (after Andy posts card analysis)
3. We will have one poll of 50 cards; the top 22* will be added
4. Any ties for the final spot will be added in 21.4
5. Next "x" highest vote getters will get another shot in 21.4

Please submit nominations in a 'Year Player Team Position Comments' format.

As of right now they are not. However, I have no issue with adding more negro league cards to the set. It will require a new conversation with Strat and getting some feedback from the community. Let's save that for 21.4.

Thanks for the clarification. Especially with the recent recognition of seven Negro Leagues as majors, this would seem to be a slam dunk policy change. Out of curiosity, how did Negro Leaguers go from eligible to ineligible in the first place?
