No one had an answer for this.

What's the deal with Walter French?

He hit only 1 homerun but is N and has HR chances on both sides of his card. (He only hit 2 in his career.)

Perhaps that's a question better sent to Strat. The card viewer shows French with the HR on both sides. Not sure this has much significance.

Y'know, I guess I should expect this, but Mark Ellis out polling Charlie Neal just rankles me! I know Neal has missed the cut before, but he was a gold glove, and is only a 3 gm injury risk with some speed and a bit of pop. Don't get me wrong, I like Ellis, good hitter, good fielder (not as good as Neal) and helps the Oakland A's (while Neal is just another Dodger) also Ellis is a 15 game injury risk. I just want some love for Charlie, he was involved in the integration of the game, he was the first player to drive in a run for the expansion Mets, and he was a hero in the '59 world series! Let's vote him in the set!

Come on Tully Sparks! .340 OPS both ways! Would probably pitch at even high caps!

Yes, Tully's stats look better than some pitchers he trails in the voting, like Jenkins and Waddell, two cards that don't appear quite as good as the cards we have for those guys now. I agree Sparks could use an upgrade.

No love for Charlie Morton? Too bad he didn't pitch in the 1800s or he would surely get in. In fact Bauer and the other modern day pitchers will not make the cut either. You guys really know how to muck this up.

This game will be dead in a few years when all the boomers die off. People under 50 want star players they have heard of not guys who played in the 1800's.

A lot of those guys from the 1800s would not make the best high school teams of today.

Let's see, voting as of now:
One player from 1800s
4 deadball
4 PreWar
3 PostWar
13 Expansion (over half the 25 spots)

And you're complaining about....checks notes....1800s players getting in instead of expansion players.
Reading (and math). It's fundamental.

No love for Charlie Morton? Charlie Morton? No offence to Charlie Morton but he's barely a .500 career pitcher. That's the problem with Strat, we continue to reward a player with a year that is twice his best ever. Kid Nichols on the other hand is a Hall of Famer who is underrepresented. Granted that 1898 is his best year, but that's what Strat has done with many HOF's. By the way, Nichols out pitched Cy Young in the 1890's as they came up the same time. I know we all have our own reasons for nominating players (Franchise,Era,League, or something else) and I have no argument with that. If you want an add Go For It! As far as this game dying off, "The one constant through all the years has been baseball. ---"(Terrence Mann) That's why we love it.

Let’s discuss dating sites. I am sure all of internet users know what dating site is and tried it at least once. I looking for platforms similar to https://mylistcrawler.com/listcrawler-baltimore-online. If you know some local sites in Baltimore, that would be even better. Possibly, you know some forums in the area where people get acquainted for further communication and offline meetings.
