Eliminate super cheap cards of High Priced players.

I guess these cards are the results on whole team rosters being included, but the super cheap Tommy Davis, Carty, Garr, Stennett, Duffy. Elston Howard, et. al including some pitcher cards should be eliminated. They mostly serve to game the autodraft (no intention of using the cheap card) or block others from higher priced cards.
