What are the injury ratings for catchers would caught 100% of the games? 1944 Frankie Hayes and Ray Mueller.
What about 1944 Ray Mueller? Would he be a solid green 1? Much better hitter line than Hayes
How come 1945 Tresh is an Inj 2 if he caught every game (the last catcher to do it)

1944 Ray Mueller would be a light green 1 (3 game risk) with a 2 INJ Rating.
1944 Frankie Hayes would be a light green 1 (3 game risk) with a 2 INJ Rating.

The current 1945 Mike Tresh is a 15 game risk with a 2 INJ Rating.

As to why this is the way it is, these would be questions for Strat to answer.

It should be automatic that any player who plays in all of their team's games should not have an injury AT ALL.
Such was the case with Hayes and Mueller in 1944 and that should be part of an advantage of drafting such a player that you don't NEED a backup unless you pinch run.

1990 Pat Borders TOR Bats-R BAL-2L C-3(0)e4 INJ Risk-15(2 Rating)
LH--2b- 11.9 3b-1.8 HR-7.4 BB-4 .296/.322/.657 OPS-.978
RH--2b- 5.4 3b-0.0 HR-3.6 BB-0 .330/.330/.480 OPS-.810
1993 Current Borders, Pat Bats-R BAL-1R c-3(0)e7,T-7(pb-0)
LH--2b- 8.15 3b-0 HR-0.75 BB-0 .224/.231/.321 OPS-.552
RH--2b- 6.95 3b-0 HR-1.25 BB-0 .257.264/.357 OPS-.621
This guy was a long-time catcher for the World Series-winning Jays, but you wouldn’t know it from that ’93 card. Better card here.

The Jays do not currently have a functional platoon. 1990 Borders would really help
83 Buck Martinez would probably be a big jump $ wise (maybe 1.5-2 range) but would be the best defensive C on the team and a good platoon for Whitt. The classic combo, but actually playable.
They could also have an upgraded Whitt, but that's less important.
83 Ernie Whitt is better platoon than 84 (slightly, IMO, due to more power, but I haven't seriously compared the cards). And '87 being better balanced.
Even new players would be useful (eg 94 Knorr)

Ditto. I was going to make the same suggestion. 35 HRs, 122 RBIs, OPS of 0.926.

When I had a card app subscription I looked him up to add him as a catcher. My notes are "nothing at all playable"

He's playable at 3b that season.
Anytime he is eligible at Catcher, he is a 4(+5)
