1948 Hank Majeski, PHA, Bats-R, 2L Balance, 3b-2e12, SS-4e21
LH--11.5 2b, 1.4 3b, 2.2 HR, 3 BB 420/447/623, 1.071 OPS
RH--9.3 2b, 0 3b, 2.5 HR, 4 BB 340/377/504, .881 OPS
Finished 11th in MVP Voting, Drove in 120 runs, missed 3 seasons from his career to WWII

1947 Majeski, 1.59m, PHA, Bats-R, E Balance, 3b-4e6, SS-4e24, 2b-4e14
LH--6 2b, 1.1 3b, 1.3 HR, 10 BB 312/382/436, .818 OPS
RH--5.8 2b, 1 3b, 1.3 HR, 10 BB 305/375/424, .799 OPS

Compared to his current card, this one is better. PHA post stinks at 3b, could help them out.

1962 Bobby Richardson, NYY, Bats-R, 3L Balance, 2b-1e15
LH--6.7 2b, 2.3 3b, 1.6 HR, 7 BB 423/461/581, 1.042 OPS
RH--6.8 2b, 0.2 3b, 1.8 HR, 0 BB 308/308/424, .732 OPS
Finished 2nd in MVP Voting to Mantle, led league with 209 hits

1964 Richardson, 1.53m, NYY, Bats-R,
LH--3.8 2b, 0 3b, 0 HR, 0 BB 219/219/254, .473 OPS
RH--3 2b, 1.2 3b, 2 HR, 0 BB 306/306/411, .717 OPS

A great improvement for an important player from the 60s. This would be a great add.

1959 Eddie Yost, DET, Bats-R, E Balance, 3b-2e19, 2b-4e41
LH--1.8 2b, 0 3b, 1.8 HR, 31 BB 335/557/433, .990 OPS
RH--1.8 2b, 0 3b, 4 HR, 35 BB 319/571/522, 1.093 OPS
Led League in Runs, Walks, and OBP

1956 Yost, 3.68m, WAS, Bats-R, 2L Balance, 3b-2e24, RF-4(+2)e17
LH--1.2 2b, 0 3b, 5 HR, 30 BB 319/527/533. 1.060 OPS
RH--1.5 2b, 0 3b, 0.3 HR, 38 BB 216/514/250, .764 OPS

This card is a little better, He wouldn't be better than Kell for DET post. The 59 has more power from both sides. Not that key an improvement.....maybe somewhere down the road

1952 Solly Hemus, STL, Bats-L, E Balance, SS-4e29, 3b-3e65
LH--4.8 2b, 1.8 3b, 3.2 HR, 20 BB 309/444/514, .957 OPS
RH--4.5 2b, 1.8 3b, 3 HR, 20 BB 301/437/498, .935 OPS

1951 Hemus, 1.48m, STL, Bats-L, 2L Balance, SS-4e25, 2b-3e22
LH--2.6 2b, 4.3 3b, 0 HR, 25 BB 396/547/532, 1.079 OPS
RH--3.4 2b, 2 3b, 1.3 HR, 21 BB 276/431/407, .838 OPS

I don't see any need for the 52 Hemus. He cant play defense, and he's not substantially better than the 51 card we already have.

RH--6.9 HR, 0 3b, 7.6 HR, 6 BB 364/411/661, 1.072 OPS
MVP.

1955 Roy Campanella, BKN, Bats-R, 2L Balance, C-1(-4)e3
LH--0 2b, 0 3b, 15.3 HR, 21 BB 382/519/927, 1.446 OPS
RH--5.2 2b, 0 3b, 9.5 HR, 10 BB 382/456/737, 1.193 OPS
MVP. 3 INJ Rating.

Current 1953 Campanella, 7.51m, BKN, Bats-R, E Balance, C-1(-3)e6
LH--4.8 2b, 0.2 3b, 12.6 HR, 14 BB 370/458/832, 1.290 OPS
RH--4.8 2b, 0.2 3b, 12.3 HR, 14 BB 363/452/814, 1.266 OPS
MVP. Led League in RBI.

Current 1950 Campanella, 5.49m, BKN, Bats-R, 4L Balance, C-1(-3)e6
LH--6.3 2b, 0.6 3b, 16.3 HR, 9 BB 379/437/954, 1.391 OPS
RH--2.4 2b, 0.5 3b, 8.8 HR, 13 Bb 276/370/593, .963 OPS

Ok, first off, I like the balanced Current 1953 card best. The others are all, to a certain extent, LH mashers. 1951 & 1955 are better than the Current 1950 LH Masher card. Are they better enough to add another Campanella that may not get used much? IDK

Thanks. 53 is the best. I was hoping one of the other two might hit righties better.

Smoky Burgess. 54 57 62. Thanks again.

RH--10.9 2b, 1.5 3b, 3.2 HR, 5 Bb 343/380/572, .952 OPS

Ok, there is interesting stuff here. Burgess is an all hit, no field catcher. Let's get 1962 out of the way, it's not different than current cards, in fact, it's worse.

1954 is an interesting platoon card, and he did it in almost 400 at bats. He'd definitely be a platoon guy, and I don't see anyone in the set who really compares to him. Most of the hard R Balance Catchers have more power, so hard to compare to Blanchard, etc. He hits a little less than the new Slaught card, and his defense is not too good. I'd guess he'd be around 3.8-4m.

1957 is also a cool platoon card, but would it ever get used with that C-5(+2)e2 rating? If you can get past that, this card is more the traditional HR-hitting Righty basher catcher and would be cheap because of the defense.

1946 Eddie Stanky, BKN, Bats-R, E Balance, 2b-2e18
LH--4.2 2b, 1.7 3b, 0 HR, 36 BB 360/579/465, 1.044 OPS
RH--3.8 2b, 1.6 3b, 0 HR,36 BB 335/563/435, .995 OPS
7th in MVP Voting.

1948 Eddie Stanky, BSB, Bats-R, 1L Balance, 2b-2e17, ONLY 247 ABs, 5 INJ Rating
LH--6.5 2b, 0 3b, 0.3 HR, 45 BB 483/699/601, 1.299 OPS
RH--4.6 2b, 1.6 3b, 0.9 HR, 27 BB 379/534/508, 1.042 OPS

Current 1950 Stanky, 6.14m, NYG, Bats-R, 2L Balance, 2b-2e22
LH--3.2 2b, 2.3 3b, 2.1 HR, 25 BB 426/586/606, 1.194 OPS
RH--3.3 2b, 0 3b, 0.2 HR, 43 BB 344/636/408, 1.044 OPS
The 48 card is too much an injury risk, yet isn't demonstrably better than the current 1950. 1946 isn't as good as 1950. No point in adding either of these two.

1951 Gil McDougald, NYY, Bats-R, 2R Balance, 3b-2e26, 2b-2e17
LH--6.4 2b, 1.2 3b, 1.4 HR, 16 BB 366/472/511, .982 OPS
RH--5.5 2b, 0.9 3b, 9 HR, 15 BB 395/490/771, 1.261 OPS

Current 1956 McDougald, 5.34m, NYY, Bats-R, 1R Balance, SS-2e23, 2b-2e13, 3b-2e33
LH--0.5 2b, 0.4 3b, 2.5 HR, 21 BB 382/513/485, .998 OPS
RH--1.2 2b, 0.4 3b, 3.3 HR, 17 BB 399/505/531, 1.036 OPS

Well, the HR power against RHP is interesting. Doesn't play SS, however. Might be a decent add at some point as a 2b with some pop.

1958 Bill Mazeroski, PIT, Bats-R, 2L Balance, 2b-1e17
LH--2.5 2b, 2.6 3b, 5 HR, 0 BB 371/377/584, .961 OPS
RH--4.9 2b, 0.9 3b, 5 HR, 0 BB 281/288/484, .772 OPS

Current 1960 Mazersoki, PIT, Bats-R, 1L Balance, 2b-1e10
LH--3.8 2b, 4.6 3b, 3.8 HR, 1 BB 295/301/521, .822 OPS
RH--3.6 2b, 0 3b, 1.3 HR, 2 BB 302/315/372, .687 OPS

1958 is slightly better offensively. Worth an add? Possibly because it has a little more pop, but it's not a lot different than his current cards.

1966 Dick McAuliffe, DET, Bats-L, 1R Balance, 2b-3e22, SS-3e28
LH--4.5 2b, 1.2 3b, 4.8 HR, 18 BB 301/430/541, .971 OPS
RH--2.3 2b, 3 3b, 7.8 HR, 20 BB 320/458/669, 1.127 OPS

Current 1968 McAuliffe, 4.06m, DET, Bats-L, E Balance, 2b-2e11, SS-4e47
LH--1.8 2b, 6.7 3b, 1.8 HR, 11 BB 280/360/494, .844 OPS
RH--5.2 2b, 0.8 3b, 4 HR, 17 BB 278/399/486, .885 OPS

Better offensively, but as a 3 at 2b and SS, he wont get used. There are 2's and 1's at those spots who are better offensively than 1966.
